this is the best value ever!! I bought it for about $4.50 so i expected flaking and fading but it lasted 8 hrs on a hot day, no flaking no fading not even a smudge! its now my HG gel liner and i highly recommend it to all of you:D


Pros: cheap. Lasted all day, wont budge till u take it off, creamy and easy to apply
Cons: I have only seen it at sally beauty
